This Site is intended for informational purposes and to facilitate registration and communication related to Orange Crush Track Club programs. You agree to use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws and only for lawful purposes.

Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
Use the Site for commercial purposes unrelated to Orange Crush Track Club

When you submit information via our forms (e.g., camp registration), you agree that:

You have the authority to submit information on behalf of any minor listed

3. Payment Processing

Payments made through the Site are processed via Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe’s own
Terms of Service and understand that Orange Crush Track Club does not store your payment details directly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, photos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Orange Crush Track Club and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

We use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Stripe. Your use of the Site also constitutes agreement to those third-party services’ respective terms.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to keep information current, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability.

Orange Crush Track Club is not liable for:

Errors or omissions in Site content
Technical issues beyond our control
